We ship within 5 days after after payment is processed. We only ship with couriers that use tracking. If your country is not included in our list please write to us and we will send you our best price for shipping.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an e-mail with the order id as a confirmation, and depending on the payment method, the product will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

RETURNS

At xYesArte, your complete satisfaction is our priority. You can shop in the confidence that we will make every effort for your item to reach you as described.

The grounds for cancellation and refunds can be as follows:

  • The item is not as described
  • You are not happy with it.

If you choose to send the item back, it would be helpful to us if you could give us some idea of why you are not happy with it.

The terms and conditions for cancellation and refunds are the following:

  • All returns must be communicated to us within 3 days of receipt and received by us within 7 days from the day you informed us of the return. Before returning an item, we will give you the proper return address and instructions.
  • Item must be returned in the same condition as when received by the buyer. xYesArte will not accept returns on items that have been altered in any way.
  • All returns must be insured for the full value of the item(s). Please advise us of the tracking number on your return so that we can watch for it.
  • If an item is returned, the original shipping cost (if any) will not be refunded and buyer will pay for return shipping. If shipping was included in the asking price of the item, the cost incurred to ship the item to the buyer will be deducted from the refund.
  • When you pay with PayPal, there is a 3% restocking fee of the total purchase price, including tax and shipping, to cover PayPal charges.

Your right to return products is not applicable if the products have been personalized, made or changed to your specification.

To exercise your cancellation right, you must keep the goods in your possession and take reasonable care of them.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform xYesArte by email of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear written statement with the details of your name, address, the order you wish to cancel and your phone number.

xYesArte will assess the condition of the returned goods. If a loss in value of the goods is incurred as the result of unnecessary handling by you, xYesArte may make a deduction from the refund for such a loss.

xYesArte will issue the refund no later than 14 days after the day the goods are received back.
